All linens must be brought by renters. One dedicated parking spot (pass will be included, however charged if you take pass with you). Cooking pots, pans, utensils, and appliances for use. Appliances include: coffee maker, toaster oven, tradition stove/oven, microwave, instant pot. NO SMOKING indoors, there is an outdoor patio with chair and tables and will be provided ashtray. NO PETS and NO GUESTS who are not registered. All adult guests must be over 25.

Guests can use the two bikes on property. Outdoor shower must be used before entering unit. Unit must be cleaned up before leaving and trash and recyclables must be taken out. Weekly rentals only, Saturday to Saturday for Memorial day to Labor day) Off season 3 night minimum.
