Here you will find a full sized refrigerator, full sized bar, and massive, 65 inch TV. With this you will also have a large deck, accompanied with a table set and gas grill. Connected to the deck, you will have the dock and boat slip, which is a perfect crabbing and fishing pier. This all comes together to make a perfect hangout spot for the family!

We offer the Top floor of the house. Here you will find a full, modern kitchen and a welcoming living area opening up to a gorgeous view of the bay. In the living space you will have a 55 inch, 4k TV, accompanied with an electric fireplace, and a brand new sound bar for the perfect watching experience. Towards the bay you will see glass doors, opening up to your own private balcony, where you can enjoy the morning sun rise!

For sleeping arrangements, you will have the 4 spacious Bedrooms, located towards the front of the house. The Master bedroom is accommodated with a King Sized bed, and its own personal bathroom, desk, and TV. The largest of the 3 other Bedrooms includes a 50 Inch 4k TV, and 2 Full Sized beds. The other 2 bedrooms both include a Single and a Full Sized bed. Each of the bedrooms also have their own closet, and dresser spaces. All together, the 4 bedrooms can sleep up to 12.
