Cape May is a spectacular place to visit during the fall and holiday seasons. Most dates in October, November and December are still available.

Suite 114 boasts a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room, and private balcony with stunning ocean views. As our guest, you'll love amenities like the state of the art fitness center, complimentary chairs, towels and umbrellas on the beach from Memorial Day to mid October. Towel service also provided at the pool. The Sandpiper is only a block down Beach Ave from historic Congress Hall, just a short walk to the best boutiques, restaurants and landmarks Cape May has to offer.

Suite 114 is a 540 Sq. Ft. 1BR 1 BA Suite with 1 king bedroom and a queen pullout couch. Unit has a fully stocked kitchen and 2 TVs. Stackable washer and dryer too. Suite 114 is unique in that it is the closest unit to the pool and one of the closest to the beach which is just across Beach Ave.

One of my favorite things about my home is the free concierge beach and pool service provided for guests of the Sandpiper. The in season free beach service provides beach towels, lounge chairs, folding chairs and side tables as a benefit of being our guest. You can be served lunch and beverages on the beach by Sandpiper staff. You can literally walk onto the beach empty handed, no need to lug around bulky beach chairs and the such. Towel service is provided by pool attendant at the pool too where you can order lunch from the pool menu and have it delivered to your pool lounger.

In 2021 The Sandpiper underwent a major property upgrade with a total pool renovation, complete property landscaping upgrade, new hardwood flooring, new bedding and smart tvs installed in my unit. The HVAC system was just replaced as well. Furniture in my unit and carpeting are scheduled to be replaced in 2022. This home is continually upgraded to ensure our guests expectations are continually met.

Over 230 nights were booked in 2021 so better hurry to reserve your prime summer stay for 2022. Summer weeks are booking quickly. Depending on the time of the year there are minimum night stay requirements, however during off peak times you can book for as little as 1 night. The Sandpiper is a highly sought after destination, as a result the rates continually fluctuate based on demand. I do my best to keep my rates updated and accurate.
