Townhouse is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. We offer an easy check in and check out process by renting from Saturday to Saturday.

o Third bedroom has a full bed that boasts a private balcony. Start your morning off with a relaxing cup of coffee sitting on the balcony.
o Fourth bedroom has two twin beds.
3rd floor is the main living area with another balcony to enjoy.
WiFi and 2 DVD players
Each bedroom has their own TV with either a Roku stick or has a smart TV ready for your use.
Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig *bring your K-cup or take a short walk to get coffee just a block away at Uncle Bills Pancake House or Key West Cafe.
The newly renovated pool is shared within the Condo Association, you must provide your own chairs due to Covid - 3 beach chairs are on site for your use.

ACCEPTANCE
Rental agreement must be completed and returned with copy of ID, valid email and payment.
Booking is not complete; dates are not blocked until first payment is received.

$500 Security Deposit, returned within two weeks if no damage or additional cleaning is needed.
$250 Cleaning Fee

Venmo or Zelle payments accepted.
50% rent due at time of booking (first payment). Rent balance, $250 Cleaning fee, and $500 refundable security damage deposit due 30 days prior to check-in. Again, your dates are not blocked on the calendar until your first payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

(a) If, for any reason, the Tenant cancels in writing more than 60 days from the Arrival Date, all monies are refunded
(b) If, for any reason, the Tenant cancels between 30 & 60 days from the Arrival Date, all monies are forfeited tenant unless Landlord is able to re-rent the Property under the same (or better) terms and conditions of this Agreement, for the full Term reserved. If the Property is re-rented under the same (or better) terms and conditions than this Agreement, Landlord will refund amounts paid, less a Cancellation Fee of $200.00.
(c) There are NO cancellations permitted within 30 days of Tenant Arrival Date. All amounts paid (Reservation Deposit and Final Payment) will be forfeited.

AMENITIES
Renters must provide all bed linens (1 queen, 2 full, 4 twins). Renters must also provide towels, paper products, garbage bags, laundry soap, toiletries, and all other necessities you may need.

PROPERTY CARE
We take great pride in offering a quality rental. We ask that you be respectful and care for it like it was your own. There can be an extra charge for excessive cleaning, if needed.

NON-DISTURBANCE
All guests are required to follow all City ordinances including no loud noise or music after 10:00 pm.

NO SMOKING inside the property.
NO PETS of any kind permitted on the premises.

TRASH
Failure to separate trash and recycling may result in a fine by the City of Wildwood. Trash and Recycling must be placed outside in time for designated curb pick-up. Any fees resulting in non-compliance will be billable to the tenant at a rate of $50 to manage the trash disposal.

NO PROM, NO SENIOR WEEK, NO EXCEPTIONS. Minimum age of guests is 25. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement of any renter who violates this rule or conducts any unlawful activity, no refund.
