Wonderful Weekend Getaway with the Girls!

I rented Tom's house for a weekend getaway with my girl friends and it could not have been more perfect! We had 7 adult females and it comfortably slept us all! We were able to make meals at the house as the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, and we enjoyed them on the back porch which has a cozy feel due to the lovely trees nearby and the porch plants. The living room was perfect for board games, very cozy but still spacious. The photos do not do this place justice! Also, I should mention that the house was well sound proofed. I took a nap in the middle of the day while the other girls were playing games in the living room and the sound did not carry at all. The walk to the beach was a little longer than we anticipated, but it was well worth it as the beach was not crowded at all and was really clean. Tom also provided beach passes so we didn’t not have to buy any. Throughout the whole process Tom was extremely responsive and professional. I would highly recommend Tom's house and will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to Brigantine!

Well kept Home!

You can tell Tom takes great pride in his home as it has been maintained well and was very clean. Tom was very easy to work with from start to finish as we were only staying a short weekend! The property was very spacious with plenty of room to relax. I will def rent this property again in the future! Thanks again for a wonderful weekend.

The house was great for our group! We were 4 adults, and 4 children, and there was more then enough space for everyone. We even entertained friends and family, who were staying elsewhere, at the house, and it worked out wonderfully. We cooked on the grill almost every night for dinner. Having the beach access close by was also very nice. It is quite a hike because the beach itself is so long, but it is well worth it. Clean, and never crowded, it was really the perfect beach to truly get away from the hustle and bustle of most touristy beach towns. The owner Tom was extremely professional from start to finish. We hit a couple bumps in the road when we were initially looking for a house, but when I came across this house, and was dealing with the owner, I knew it was going to be smooth sailing. I highly recommend this home, not only for its space, functionality, and closeness to the beach, but for dealing with a professional owner that helped make our vacation an enjoyable, memorable, and stress free experience.
