SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:

Blankets, pillows and comforters are provided.

Spacious laundry room in unit: washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday -- Check-in 2:00 P.M. Check-out 10:00 A.M. One week minimum stay. No smoking and no pets.
Must be over age 25. Families only.

Half the rent is due when signing lease. $300 security deposit plus remaining half due 4 weeks prior to rental week. Payment may be in the form of personal check, money order or cashiers check. Keypad code and garage code will be sent one week prior to rental. Security will be returned after property is inspected.
