Our five bedroom, three and half bath home with an elevator affords your family several opportunities to relax, entertain or just be by yourself yet still offers rooms spacious enough for family gatherings spread out over two floors.

The custom built design was carefully planned to capitalize on the Southeasterly exposure of the sun and the spaciousness afforded with a corner lot.

From the moment you arrive and pull your car into our attached garage the convenience begins with the elevator greeting you, close by, saving you all the stair climbing for that car full of suitcases, food and supplies. Plan to have elevator either stop at the kitchen floor or up one more level for the suitcase drop off at the bedroom level or 3rd floor Family Room.

As you enter our unit either through the elevator or through the stained glass second floor porch entry, you will walking into the primary entertaining level with a 26 living room / kitchen open design.

To one side, a gourmet kitchen featuring off white colored custom cabinets with stainless appliances and a Corian island including cushioned swivel seating for 10 guests. Across from the kitchen, a spacious living room including a 55 wide screen HD LCD TV with surround sound, DVD, HBO and On Demand movies. The living room also offers a gas fireplace and incorporates two walls of windows with a sliding door looking onto the corner wrap-around porch protected with awnings that provide some extra privacy for those cool relaxing summer evening breezes. Sit out on the shaded porch on our relaxing Adirondack chairs or sit at the table for an outside meal or just playing cards or reading a book. Broadband Wireless Internet throughout.

The second level bedroom floor plan area was designed to provide separate private master bedrooms at different ends of the unit. The primary master bedroom suite on that level comprises of a king bed, triple dresser, flat screen TV DVD and a seamless glass enclosed full ceramic 5 shower. The second junior MBR offers a queen bed, TV and is next to the ceramic tiled hall bath with a shower over the tub and granite vanity. A powder room with Italian tile floor is also provided for guests. The third bedroom has two twins, TV and another wall of windows. Fourth bedroom on that level offers two more twins with TV in a corner room. A full size washer and dryer provided off BR Hall.

Upstairs on the third floor is a floor that can no longer be found or created in Ocean City. Lots of windows capitalize on easterly views from one side of the ocean and the beach and on the southern facing side Wonderland's rides light up the sky at night in the distance two blocks away.

A spacious combination of a family room and game room with wet bar and refrigerator. This 25' wide room includes another 50" HD flatscreen TV with surround sound and Apple TV .

Completing the third floor is our third MBR suite (5th BR) with another king bed and a full ceramic tile bath with a glass enclosed stall shower.

The third floor is topped off with another outside wraparound entertaining area with an open deck and new Pergola.

For when you come in off the beach, a shower room conveniently located off the garage next to the elevator foyer with a ceramic tiled floor, fiberglass shower with a seat and an additional hand shower.

Our walkable location allows you to park two cars off street in the garage and driveway and leave them parked. Short half block to Beach and Boardwalk. Two blocks to Wonderland Rides. One block to Oves restaurant and bike rentals. One block to free shuffleboard court for the kids, track, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball nets. Five blocks to the Music Pier or movie theaters. Eight blocks to Asbury Ave shopping and restaurants. Twenty five minute drive to Atlantic City Casinos and nightlife.

We welcome our guests by insuring they are checking in to clean rental with our own personal inspections and include a complimentary gift basket filled with ride tickets, six beachtags and a special gift to start you off to one of the most comfortable relaxing Jersey Shore experience at America s Greatest Family Resort.
