Walk everywhere from our center of Avalon townhouse that sleeps 10. Three BRAND NEW 2018 Bathrooms and a game room garage are just some of the highlights to our VacationINAValon property on 28th Street. The interior is full of desired amenities-- hardwood floors throughout, tile in updated kitchen with new cabinets, appliances and granite counter tops. Neutral paint is covers interior of the home. The home offers a fabulous lay out for a large family or two families wanting to vacation together. The two LARGE, high ceiling family rooms, both with flat screen televisions, offer plenty of space for families to be together and have the ability to spread out. The lower level family room has a wet bar. The exterior was updated in 2017. We are proud of the CLEAN/spotless condition we maintain and are excited to share photos of the new 2019 garage game room in the Spring complete with an air hockey, ping pong table and TV.

The property is available all year long. During the high peak summer season we only rent Saturday to Saturday (July & August months). Off-season we are more flexible. Price per week between Memorial Day and Labor Day varies ($1,200-$4,500). Additionally, there is a security deposit of $650 held during your stay.

LOCATION: We are on 28th Street in the center of town between Ocean Drive and Dune Drive. Wawa is on one corner, three houses down the street, and Hoys/Avalon Coffee is the corner in the other direction, about 5 homes up the street. The beach is a quick 3.5 block walk. Our 28th Street beach has it ALL--- bathrooms, playground, ice cream shop, pizza shop, skateboard park, arcade and a large parking lot. Seaside Park is now open at the end of our block at the beach, a 2 million dollar playground with bathrooms and a family entertainment area for the public to enjoy.

The home is complete with WIFI and parking, outside shower, 3 queen beds and 4 twins.
