Newer, Exceptionally Clean and Tastefully furnished 3BR, 2BA condo located on the beach side of Asbury Ave within a short, 4 minutes casual walk to the 12th Street Beach and Boardwalk. This top floor condo is private and quiet, blocking out all the noises from the street below. All newer mattresses including 2 Foam Queens for your comfort.
This private, top floor condo have 2 separate open decks giving you access to the sea breezes from beach and bay. The property is in the quieter area of Asbury Avenue. The infamous Fracture Prune Donut Shop is 2 doors away. Sunrise Cafe, Marco Polo Italian Restaurant is across the street. WAWA, Starbucks, the Boyar's Food Market, Piccini Pizza and Seafood Restaurant, Pho Ivy, and Johnny B Goode Ice Cream parlor are just a block away. Acme is a few minutes ride to 9th street, The Crab Trap ( highly recommended ) and liquor stores is on the other side of the short bridge connected to Somerspoint.

Enter and leave via bridges at (1) the very North tip of the island -this takes you to Longport and Atlantic City for the casinos, (2) Ninth street, to Somers Point for closest liquor stores, night life and restaurants, (3) 34th St, via the Garden State Parkway or (4) 55th Street, which takes you down the Ocean Drive through the shore towns to Strathmere, Sea Isle City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, Wildwood and Cape May.

Asbury Gem!

Our family loved this vacation condo! The three bedroom home was beautifully maintained and cleaned. We loved the decor in the home and found it to be very comfortable for our children. They especially loved the bunk beds! The location was perfect for a family with young children and there were plenty of choices for coffee, donuts, sandwiches and takeout with in walking distance. The owner was wonderful too and made sure that we were happy in the rental

Beautiful beachy condo in heart of OCNJ

We enjoyed a great week in this beautiful condo. My family was extremely comfortable here. The kids loved the bunk beds and adults loved enjoying breakfast on the deck every morning. Owners were quick to respond to any questions. Condo has everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week. The walk to the beach/boardwalk was quick even with young kids in tow. Great location on Asbury close to great shops. Spacious condo, beautifully decorated, would return in future seasons and recommend to others.

Confirmation is only for the number of guests listed on reservation. Please specify number of adults/kids.

Concerning cleanup before your departure, we ask guests to leave the property in the same general condition as it was received.

Outdoor grilling/open fire is prohibited.

Tenant agrees to accept liability for any damages caused by Tenant or Tenant's guests to the rental property and all property located on the premises (in excess of normal wear and tear). If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, Tenant agrees to reimburse Owner for all costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items.

Personal Property and Liability: All personal property kept by Tenant in said premises shall be and remain at Tenant's sole risk and Owner shall not be liable for any damages to, or loss of such personal property ensuing from any acts of negligence of any other persons, not from any problems with the rental unit from any other cause whatsoever, nor shall Owner be liable for any injury to the Tenants or guests of the Tenants in or about the premises. Tenants expressly agrees to deem the Owner harmless in all such cases.

A lease agreement will be sent via email once reservation is accepted. Please sign, date and return with picture ID for final confirmation.
