A charming, 4-bedroom single family home with a fenced yard this close to the beach is not a typical Ocean City rental. Walk three blocks from the ocean side of West to enjoy the beach or relax in the shade of the large gazebo at the 20th street boardwalk entrance. This is the peaceful, residential section of Ocean City's boardwalk, and is perfect for walking, jogging, or morning bike riding along the ocean. Stroll up the boards to the amusement parks, miniature golf, surrey rentals, shopping, food, fun and festivities that make Ocean City America's Greatest Family Resort.

Our beach cottage is reminiscent of what an Ocean City vacation used to be, with the added comforts of modern amenities like central air, flat screen HDTV, and wireless internet access. It is beautifully decorated, cozy, comfortable and well-maintained. The front porch is a nice place to read a book, share conversation or wait for friends to arrive.

The back of our property is a rare treat for Ocean City vacationers. The deck off of the dining area features a table, chairs and umbrella in a landscaped, fenced yard. Relax, play yard games or sunbathe outdoors even when not at the beach, and enjoy the gas grill for memorable family cookouts. An outdoor storage room with key is available for bikes and beach gear. The large outdoor shower with custom Sunbrella fabric enclosure by Brown's Awning has both hot and cold water.

Parking: There are large parking spaces on the street in front of the home.The spaces are roomy and convenient for unloading. We love that the cars are out of the way, and this allows you to fully enjoy the fenced yard. The parking is on the street, but our block is one of very few zoned for single family homes this close to the beach. (The area tends to not be as congested.)
