Our 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Condo overlooking the ocean is located right at the start of the Boardwalk near the famous North Wildwood Arches. Sit on the private and weather-protected balcony & watch the family down at the water s edge or the dolphins frolic in the early morning surf. Park your car in the garage & never drive again! Beach, boards, restaurants, amusements, water parks, fireworks-its all just steps away! The playground is brand new in 2017! And the water-park next door is open year-round weekends for only $15/day from about 10 AM- 10 PM, all week long as we near the peak season.

Great Room: The Great Room is divided into a Living Area (sporting a 48" Flat Screen TV/DVD/CD, WiFi throughout, and a gas fireplace), and a Dining Area (with a large table that seats 8, and a bar that seats 2+ more). Oversized 8' of sliding glass doors open onto an oceanfont balcony: the perfect spot for your morning wake-up coffee while the sun rises on the water, or a mid-day snack between bike riding the boards and walking the beach. Snuggle with your child after a fun day building sand castles and an exciting night at one of the 3-5 Amusement Piers/ Water Parks on the 1.8 mile Boardwalk during season (3.6 mile loop), or engage the whole group in a late night game of Monopoly to the roar of crashing waves in the background and an ocean breeze that rushes through, or sip your favorite drink in front of the fireplace on a breezy off-season romantic getaway.

The Kitchen has Cherry Cabinets & Granite counter tops, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, side-by-side frig with ice and filtered water in the door, and is fully stocked: slow cooker, crab pot, coffee pot and bean grinder, toaster, blender, hand mixer, dinnerware, glassware, silverware and utensils for 10+. Fancy serving dishes and party glasses (wine, martini, Margarita, etc.).

Sleeping Accommodations: 4 Bedrooms~~Sleeps 8-10 with 2 OCEANFRONT Master Bedrooms: Master Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen-sized bed, triple dresser, Flat Screen TV DVD CD player, its own Master Bath, and sliding glass doors which open onto the oceanfront balcony. Master Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, triple dresser and Flat Screen TV DVD CD player in an armoire, its own Master Bath and a huge 5x6' picture window overlooking the boards, beach and ocean.The Caribbean Room has a queen sized bed, armoire, Flat Screen TV DVD CD player. The 4th Bedroom has 2 Twin beds, a double dresser and a Flat Screen TV/DVD/CD player. Additional sleeping for 2 can be found in the living room where the sleeper sofa unfolds into a queen-sized bed.
