Special COVID-19 Update:
Please note that we have instituted special COVID-19 protocols for all rentals to help ensure the safety and health of all of our guests and residents of the Sandy Lane Condominium Units. Our home does have limited common hallways, stairs and garage that are shared with one other residential unit. Accordingly, we do require guests to wear masks and practice social distancing in these shared common areas. Hand sanitizer stations are also provided in common areas to help reduce the spread of the virus.
As the health and safety of our guests is our principal interest, our home will be professionally disinfected before each occupancy using an EPA-registered, Hospital-Grade disinfectant, which is CDC- certified to kill the Human Corona Virus. The product is effective after just 10 minutes of contact on porous and non-porous surfaces, and it is child and pet safe once dry. Please note that our check-in and check-out times have been extended to accommodate these additional cleaning services.
