Occupancy:
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this condo is 6 guests. This number must not be exceeded at any time. Unregistered guests are not permitted.
Common Areas:
Common Area Etiquette: Please be mindful of other residents when using common areas such as hallways, elevators, and the parking garage. Keep these areas clean and free of personal belongings.
Balcony Use: Enjoy the balcony, but please keep noise levels down and do not throw anything from the balcony.
Security & Building Rules:
Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including vaping and e-cigarettes) is permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. A cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
