All homes have their own private deck or covered porch, our common areas include our pool with lounge chairs surrounded by patio tables with umbrellas, two outdoor showers with a changing cabana, outdoor bathroom and plenty of space for family fun in the sun. You also have four off street parking spots in our private lot and the option for permits for street parking if needed.
