Our homes are located on three side by side lots and surround our heated mineral pool. Our unique property allows for private and/or shared spaces. All homes have their own private deck or covered porch, our common areas include our pool with lounge chairs surrounded by patio tables with umbrellas, two outdoor showers with a changing cabana, outdoor bathroom and plenty of space for family fun in the sun. This home, known as the Pink House is fully furnished and air-conditioned. High speed wireless Internet and TV's are located in two of the bedrooms and the living/dining area. Outside you will find a spacious covered porch with a patio table , chairs and additional outdoor furniture. A propane barbecue grill including grilling utensils is located behind the house next to the outdoor showers. You also have four off street parking spots in our private lot and the option for permits for street parking if needed.

NOTE: The pink house has an apartment that is attached, its separated by an internal adjoining door which is locked when rented separately. It can be left unlocked when the entire home is rented by the same group. The apartment has the smaller section of the front covered porch and the house has the larger section. The pink house is only accessible through the front door since the back door is for the apartment. If you would like to rent the house and apartment (rental ID# 11333) please reach out since we do offer a discount for renting the entire home.
