New rental for 2023! Welcome to the beach! We have a beautifully updated 2-story condo offering 3 bedrooms, 2 full and 1 half bathroom, plus full sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy your evenings and morning coffee on one of the two the large front balconies.

There is garage parking for 2 cars. Inside on the first floor you'll find a spacious open-concept floor plan throughout the main living and dining area, with a half bath for easy access. The kitchen has all of the cookware you'll need! We have a variety of games and a TV with a firestick for relaxing and enjoyable family time. On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms equipped with TVs and firesticks in each, as well as 2 full bathrooms (one private in the master bedroom). Washer/dryer on second floor.

Linens are not provided, renter must supply their own. Will also provide the option of a linen service if interested in renting linens.
