If you are not receiving your ShoreSummerRentals.com email leads to your personal email account, such as Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, MSN, Comcast, Hotmail, etc., it is likely they are tagging us as spam. Did you check your spam or trash folder? Did you get my several emails and newsletters explaining that owners MUST add firstname.lastname@example.org as a contact in their personal email account (not your ShoreSummerRentals.com account).
If you do this, you should receive all of the emails. This is beyond our control, we send the messages out but the email providers determine whether they will deliver it to your or not. You can always view all of your email leads in your Shore Summer Rentals dashboard. You cannot reply from your dashboard, but you can see all of their contact information and the entire rental request to contact them directly.

If you are trying to add a contact from a message, hover over the name or email address and click "Add to contacts" from the hovercard that pops up.
OR, open https://contacts.google.com and click on "Create contact".
How do I create a new contact/edit an existing Xfinity contact?
Access the Contacts screen, tap the + sign icon in the top right-hand corner of the Xfinity Connect Address Book while in default view (list view) and then tap on the New Contact option. You can also add a new contact to your phone address book by tapping on + while you are in the Phone tab.
Sign in to your Windows Live Hotmail account. Click the "Contact list" link located under the Related Places section in bottom left corner.
Click "New" and then type in the contact's information.
Select the "Save" button. You have successfully added a new contact in Windows Live Hotmail.
