Security deposits will be returned 60 days after departure date. This allows us time to receive all phone charges from the unit owner and any additional charges that may be deducted for laundry, lost keys, damages or additional cleaning.

Please call for info!! We may not be able to respond to emails!! Maria: 609-972-7475. A deposit of one half of the total rent, plus security is required within 7 days after making your reservation. Should we not receive your deposit within 7 days we will automatically cancel your reservation. The balance is due 2 weeks before your check in date. We will accept personal checks, certified checks, money orders, travelers checks, Master Card or Visa.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If it is necessary to cancel your reservation after your deposit is received, the cancellation fee will be $100.00 per week canceled, providing the unit is re-rented at the same rate.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS - IF THE UNIT IS NOT RE-RENTED.
If the unit is re-rented, your full deposit will be returned to you less the cancellation fee. All refunds will be returned at the close of the rental season.
