No Better View is True
This is by far the nicest place we have stayed at in North Wildwood in the many years we have been renting places. The views from this condo are incredible. So nice that you don't want to leave. The place is very spacious, clean and has everything needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation.
Thanks Tammy for the very nice review. Hope you come back to stay again!

No Better Vacation!

This was the nicest place we've stayed in all the years we've been coming to North Wildwood. We hated to see our week come to a close! Beautiful condo with everything necessary to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The view was gorgeous! Watching the boats on the water was so restful -- you didn't need to leave to enjoy a wonderful view. We were blessed with beautiful weather the whole week so we enjoyed the beach every day. We also recommend The Ice House for a dinner outing! The other condo neighbors were also very friendly. We will definitely be coming back for years to come. This is our new vacation get-away. Thank you, Mark, for everything.

"No Better View" is the ideal place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Clean, spacious, nicely appointed and new. All the amenities you could need. The owner was more than cooperative and gracious. Easy drive to beach, restaurants, stores and all attractions. Always plenty of parking also. If you love watching the sunrise over the water with your morning coffee, from your private patio, then you will love the appropriately named "No Better View". We liked it enough to book for next season. Thank you Mark !! Lorraine and Michael
A great place to stay with wonderful views
A great place to stay with wonderful views of the water, and all the amenities you need.
Host was easy to reach and very helpful. No complaints whatsoever.
Thanks Tom, come back anytime!

Colleen, thanks for your kind words. Love to have you back.
This is the best place that I have ever stayed. The views were excellent, it was quiet and I even met some people that I knew that lived there. I would definitely return, thanks Mark.
Thanks James for the kind word, be glad to have you back!

We had been trying to stay here for a couple years but it was always booked. Finally we got to stay a week in May. The pictures don't do it justice, it is so nice and clean and now there is a new wrap around couch. The views are awesome, you see water from every window. Our dog got used to a strange place pretty quickly and loved his walks on the seawall. Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again. Russo's on 9th st. has great food to take out but they don't deliver. Mark was so helpful with letting us know what he had on the property such as ironing board, hair dryer etc. It was a great stay!!!
Joan thanks for your stay. Very glad it was a good experience and looking forward to having you back!
What a wonderful spot!
My husband and I were more than happy with our stay! We were so excited to find a beautiful, clean, and affordable seashore condo that welcomed both us and our small dog Bella. Bella enjoyed her vacation as much as we did - she especially enjoyed chasing the rabbits that wandered out of the bird sanctuary next to the parking area! We loved being able to watch the boats and waves on the inlet from the patio and from every window in the condo - there is no better view! We particularly enjoyed walking Bella each day along the seawall from Anglesea to North Wildwood and back, and for dining, we loved the 1/2 price beer and $5 appetizer specials at Happy Hour at the nearby North End Grille on Olde New Jersey Avenue! Mark was helpful and accessible by phone throughout our stay and very accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and we hope to return in 2014!
Thanks Betsy & Michael, glad to have you stay and hope to have you back. I'll have to check out the North End ;-)

My husband and I (and our small dog) just returned from a fabulous week of vacation. The condo accommodations were ideal for us. This is a beautiful and peaceful setting, but close enough to beaches, shopping, and boardwalk activities. Over Labor Day weekend we enjoyed the boats coming in and out of the inlet, and after Labor Day the peacefulness of the end of summer. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from right outside the condo or from the dining area. It was spectacular. Mark was very helpful and hospitable throughout the whole process. We are looking forward to our return visit!
Thanks Debra, be glad to have you back!
What a WONDERFUL long weekend!
The picture of the unit does not/can not do justice to the location. We spent almost the whole weekend on the patio, enjoying the views of bridges, sandbars, boats, dunes in the distance and the sound of waves and gulls! And yesterday, we saw dolphins! The location is absolutely great and the area is very quiet, or at least it was this 2nd wknd in May. The patio has 6 chairs, a large table and grill w/ charcoal, supplies. As the wknd was mostly warm, we had morning/sunrise coffee, afternoon cocktails and more on the patio! The unit is clean and very nicely decorated and very well-equipped. As it is the last in the line of condos, you definitely need the shopping cart located in a stairwell nearby to help you get suitcases and groceries, etc. to the front door. We did not use the bikes. Both bedrooms were comfortable and the master BR has had a half bath added for convenience. But, there is no closet, so a long stay may prove challenging for those who like to hang their clothes rather than use the ample dresser. The 2nd bedroom w/ queen bed and bunk beds DOES have a closet AND a dresser. The living room has comfortable seating in a sectional sofa and two chairs, but the chairs may not work for those with problems getting up and down as they are very low... but comfy when you are in them. Be sure to have someone to help you out! We opted to eat in several times and had GREAT seafood from Ricks (VERY close by). Cooked for us once and by us the next time. Very fresh. Great soups. A good selection of restaurant menus is provided at the house and we also chose a Chinese place that delivered. Yum! As for cooking, the description of the house includes 'spices', but be sure to bring your own. Only salt, pepper and cinnamon on hand. Also... good supplies of foil, paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. They only ask you replenish what you use up. We had brought many of our own. Figuring out the tv, the sound bar and the DVD/VCR were a bit of a challenge, but the cable and large tv in the living room enabled my 95 yr old mom a chance to enjoy some old movies. Never tried the one in the Master BR and never mastered the other in the 2nd bedroom. Oh well. We watched the water instead! BTW, I barely mastered the hot water shower, but when I did, it was great. Be sure you announce to EVERYONE you are showering and to please NOT to use any water while you are in there. We had a small problem locking up when we left, but a phone call to the owner resolved it.
Thanks Cory for the nice review! Sorry I did not mention the tank less water heater. As you learned its best when its the only thing drawing hot water, the upside is it will not run out of hot water. The info is in the directions sent out, but thanks to your feedback I'm going to post a little note by the shower as a reminder.
