We are located very close to the beach and boardwalk (views of Morey's Pier, the ocean and Friday night fireworks can be enjoyed from either deck).
With three levels of living space, 4 large bedrooms, baths and 2 private decks, this home is perfect for multiple families. Since there will be no noise from renters above or below you, it is the perfect place to enjoy your summer vacation.

1st FLOOR - Private garage with off-street parking for 2 vehicles. Entry foyer with laminate flooring and recessed lighting. Large, spacious bedroom (16' x 19') with a queen bed, bunk bed (twin over double), full private bathroom and large closet. There is also a 46" HDTV with "On Demand" programming and a double Aero bed.

2nd FLOOR - Large Open Floorplan with fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including an LED refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, granite countertops, double kitchen sink, recessed lighting, breakfast bar with 4 swivel chairs, coffee maker, Keurig and toaster oven. There is also an oversized pantry and powder room. The dining area has a modern rosewood hi-top table and chairs with seating for 6. The spacious adjoining living room has a plush sectional sofa, remote controlled ceiling fan with recessed lighting, fireplace, 75'' Smart UHDTV with ''On Demand'' voice-activated HD programming and Blu-ray DVD player. The living room has a sliding door which leads to an outside deck with a table, 2 chairs and a loveseat.

3rd FLOOR - Large master bedroom (15' x 13') with a king bed, private full bath, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, private balcony, and HD TV. There is a second bedroom (10' x 12') with a double bed and HD TV, and a third bedroom (12' x 12') with a queen bed. There is also a large hall bath and laundry room with full-size washer/dryer on this level.

All bathrooms and powder room have new chair-height Kohler toilets.

Less than two blocks (only 1 street to cross) to North Wildwood's finest and free beaches. This home is very close to the beach and amusement pier. The Friday night fireworks can be enjoyed from the comfort of either outside deck.

Upon Check-in:
- All beds completely made with freshly cleaned linens (fitted, flat , and pillow cases)
- 12 sets of bath towels (Body, Hand, Wash cloth) - 36 total towels all freshly cleaned
- Variety of Beach Towels

Upon Check-out:
- Leave all bed linens on bed (no need to spend time stripping beds)
- Leave all bath towels in bathrooms
- Leave all beach towels in first floor hamper

We will strip all beds of used linens and collect all towels leaving you more time to enjoy your vacation and less time stripping beds and packing up towels to transport back home. Not to mention the cleaning, drying, and folding of all the linens and towels when you get home. That is a true vacation!
