Our 2BR home for rent in Belmar offers a welcoming five-star retreat with all the amenities you need to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay.

In addition to central air, bed/bath linens and free high-speed internet, our rental includes beach tags, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, Weber grill, outdoor shower, driveway parking spot, and so much more.

The bright, spacious kitchen with granite has everything you need to prepare meals and cook on the grill. The sunny dining area has screened sliding doors opening to a large, private deck. The deck has plentiful seating for relaxing and dining outside, as well as amazing views of our back-yard gardens blooming with sunflowers, hydrangeas and butterfly bushes.

This rental comfortably accommodates up to four people (two people per bedroom). The master bedroom has a queen sleigh bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. The second bedroom sleeps one or two people in two twin beds, with the option for a Pack and Play (included, along with other baby amenities). The immaculate, updated bathroom has a full bathtub, comfort-height commode, granite-topped vanity, and full bathtub with rain head shower.

The living room is comfortably furnished for reading, relaxing and watching TV. In addition to a high-definition flat-screen TV and streaming Blu-Ray player, we provide a selection of movies, books and games for your enjoyment.

You will be renting the entire second floor of our two-family home. The guest house has its own private entrance at the rear of the property, facing the back yard. The owner lives onsite on the first floor. We're easy to reach if you need assistance but respectful of your privacy.

ABOUT BELMAR:

Belmar is consistently ranked among New Jersey's Favorite Beaches. Our location is easily accessible via Exit 98 of the Garden State Parkway from points in New Jersey and New York, and via Route 29 south to I-195 east from Bucks County, Pennsylvania (approx. 45-60 minutes from the Yardley area).

GENERAL POLICIES:

We do not rent for the full summer, or for only one or two nights. This is a weekly summer rental, Saturday to Saturday, in peak summer season. Consecutive weeks may be rented based on availability.

Smoking is permitted outside only, and there is a firm no-pets policy. You must be at least 30 years old to rent our home. We do not rent to groups. Our home is best suited for couples, single adults, and small families up to four people.
