Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are subject to a 33 percent surcharge unless 4 weeks notice is given. No refund is available if the cancellation is after the 4 week period prior to the stay. Full Payment must be received three weeks prior to stay.

Notes: Reasonable room cleaning is up to the tenant. Tenants must perform reasonable removal of items; food in the refrigerator must be discarded. Dishes, utensils, and pans must be cleaned. Remove all debris in unit upon departure by placing in the TRASH DUMPSTER ON SITE! Cleaning supplies and vacuum are in the unit.
Municipal Fees and taxes are included in quoted room fee. No beach tag fees are required. One off street parking permitted. Contact us for questions.
