CHARMING PATIO with dining set/umbrella, grill and plantings.

Interiors:
We are very particular about the cleanliness of the places we choose for our vacations and as such we are serious about your comfort as well.

Hardwood floors, porcelain tile and sisal rugs, in combination with recently painted rooms & furniture using low to zero VOC materials. All soft surfaces are steam cleaned between each guest. Each mattress is enclosed in allergy/pest proof coverings. We use green practices wherever possible.

We enjoy our guests and stay busy during the off-season looking for ways to improve and maintain your stay at the Cottage. We update and replenish amenities, touch up paint, etc.

We do NOT ALLOW SMOKING OR PETS in the cottage and/or patio porch areas.

A Booking Agreement and Security Deposit are required. As we are owner managed and lovingly maintained, we ask that you leave the Cottage as you found it.

The Ground floor is split into 2 sections, one belongs to the Cottage, the other is our small Owner's unit, which we use intermittently and strive to be unobtrusive. Guests have exclusive use of porch and patio, although we may water the patio plants occasionally :) we have a small sitting area in the front as shown in the photos.

Only one hour from Philadelphia, Ventnor Happy Ours Cottage is in the middle of everything! A hidden gem nestled between Atlantic City (2 miles to the nearest casino entertainment) and Margate (less than a mile to Margate's shops and restaurants) the Cottage allows you to enjoy all of the entertainment and activities of the Jersey shore along with the peace and quiet of your home-away-from-home.

Guests can easily bike or walk on the boardwalk to AC or Margate as well as being just steps away from the many restaurants, ice cream shoppes and boutiques right here in Ventnor~
