The house was totally gutted, renovated, refurnished, and refurbished by a professional decorator in 2010 to provide a relaxed and beachy feeling. There is an all new modern eat-in kitchen and a cathedral ceiling in the living room, dining room and kitchen Great Room, and also in the Master Bedroom Suite. Ceramic tile was installed in all living areas and bathrooms plus pergo wood floors were installed in all four bedrooms. 3 Brand new televisions plus new appliances and furniture throughout house. House was just re-painted outside from yellow to Light Blue! The whole interior has just been repainted. WIFI High speed cable internet access AND FLAT SCREEN LCD TV added! The four bedrooms include a master suite with cathedral ceiling, wrap-around deck, and floor to ceiling windows with a king bed and sitting area with couches and love seats and private bathroom. The second bedroom has queen bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a twin bunk plus an additional twin bed. Living room has couch and love seat. The house is a two-story, ranch-style home which has central air and gas heat with numerous decks and plenty of large windows for beautiful views of the ocean.

The house has plenty of off street parking for your convenience plus a new outdoor shower. The home is located at the end a beach block just a few steps from the beach (one back from the ocean) with no street to cross to get onto the beach. House is close to miniature golf, many family activities, kid-friendly restaurants, ice cream stands, bicycle rental stores, etc.

Long Beach Island was ranked by National Geographic Traveller Magazine in 2003 as one of the top 5 top family beaches in USA. The house is conveniently located close to the causeway at the entrance to LBI and 30 minutes from Atlantic City with its Famous Boardwalk and World Class casinos, 1 hour from Philadelphia and 1.5 hours from New York City.
