This wonderful townhouse is a VERY SPACIOUS modern 2,300 sq. foot property that boasts a spacious 3 story, 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath layout. One of the largest rental homes in the heart of Wildwood! Every guest RAVES about the incredible location of this house in Wildwood.

The first floor consists of a large master bedroom, a king bed with a huge full bath that is handicap accessible. Guests are also treated to a nice size TV, and a front entry hallway. Upstairs, the second level Great Room features a huge 4K UHD HDR Smart TV, plenty of comfortable seating, high-speed internet, DVD player, and stylish beach vacation decor. Joining the Great Room on the second floor is a nice deck, complete with outdoor furniture and a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and morning sunrise. A large dining room, a well equipped kitchen, and half bath are also found on the second floor. The kitchen and living area are on a different floor from all of the bedrooms, giving you the opportunity to either sleep comfortably, or entertain without becoming a distraction. The dining area seats up to 8 people, with a breakfast bar that seats 3-4 more. The third floor features a master bedroom suite with a full bath, King Bed and a balcony providing a wonderful ocean view and seating. The suite also contains a TV and large closet. Also on the third floor are two additional bedrooms and a full bath. Both bedrooms contain sleeping accommodations for 4 guests each (a - queen plus bunk bed, b - two sets of bunk beds) to accommodate larger families. They also have closets. The top floor also has a laundry room containing a full size washer and dryer and basic laundry supplies.

You will have access to a private garage for 1 car, along with off street parking for 2 additional cars and plenty of storage. Park and never have to move your car again! The beach, boards, and attractions are literally just steps from your luxury townhouse. Morey's amusements are less than 2 blocks away for the kids.
As an added amenity this season, guests will have the use of beach gear including a few beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach cart. INCLUDED IN YOUR ONE RENTAL FEE!! These AMENITIES have been introduced in order to make packing and travel easier for our guests.
