ONE PROPERTY - ONE LOCATION
Vacation Rentals 2U.com and Shore Summer Rentals.com offers nice discounts for multiple properties and discount codes will be needed for certain membership types only. Our listings are designed to advertise ONE PROPERTY in ONE LOCATION. You may NOT list more than one property per listing. If this is observed, you will be warned to remove the additional property advertisement, photos, etc. If you do not remove the information, ShoreSummerRentals.com has the right to deactivate your listing with no refund.
Standard and Deluxe Memberships (1 Unit in 1 Location)
DISCOUNT CODE NEEDED for all properties after the first. If you have more than one property located in separate locations you would need to purchase a Standard or Deluxe Membership for each unit separately and a discount code would be needed for all properties after the first. NO DISCOUNT CODE is needed for the Multi Unit Membership which is 2 Units in 1 Location. If your properties qualify for this discount, please e-mail us for pricing and discount codes. Please provide us with the details of how many properties you advertise and their locations in order to get the best pricing available.
Multi-Unit Memberships (2 Units in 1 Location)
NO DISCOUNT CODE NEEDED. Apartment complexes or properties with two or more units IN THE SAME BUILDING can purchase the Multi-Unit Package for $280 per year and will have the same benefits of the Deluxe Package with up to 2 listings. This is a $118 savings and the system automatically charges you the discounted rate so a discount code is not needed. You will have a separate listing with it's own rental id, photos, description, calendar, rate section, etc. for each unit in your building. PLEASE NOTE that the first listing is considered the parent property which is linked to the other properties (child) in the same building. The address of the parent property will be shown in the address section of both ads. If the 2 properties have different addresses, feel free to put the address in the listing title or description. Each property after the second (in the same location) would be $140 additional per unit and we will have to process the transaction manually on our end.
