Print out details for renter.

Include the travel insurance fee as a line item in your rental lease agreement giving them the opportunity to decide to keep or decline coverage – this ensures that your renter knows about the valuable coverage. Explain that you recommend it to all our guests.

Include policy detail paperwork with your rental lease agreement.

Once the lease agreement is returned with deposit and the renter has indicated they would like the travel insurance, click here to order policy. If they are unsure at that time of signing the lease, a policy can be obtained later as long as it is purchase prior to final payment or 30 days prior to departure whichever comes first.

Sign the rental agreement and mail back to renter with purchased travel insurance policy paperwork.
