Accidental Rental Damage Insurance

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE:

STEP BY STEP CLAIM PROCESS RECAP WITH WHAT WILL HAPPEN:

  • You find damage in the rental unit and complete the claim form.
  • You email the claim form to us; ARDIclaims@travelguard.com, one claim per email.
  • Within 72 hours we will reply with a claim number.
  • You need to use that claim number on all correspondence you email, fax, or mail us.
  • Once we receive all the necessary paperwork and it is a payable claim we will issue a check to you.
  • Even though we make the check payable to you the claim number is assigned to the customer in our system.
  • During the claim process should you have any questions, you can email ARDIclaims@travelguard.com.
  • Most claims are paid within 14 business days as long as we have the correct documentation. If this is not a payable claim you will be notified.

It is very important they you email the claim form in within 14 days of the initial damage, you have up to 60 days after we receive the initial claim to send us the documentation. If you know it will take more than 60 days, i.e. new kitchen counter top, inform us so we can mark our files accordingly.
