Please note that properties in towns with a
lot of competition should seriously consider
the Deluxe membership as your property will
have 3 times more exposure than a Standard
membership (ex. The Wildwoods, Ocean City,
Seaside, etc). Multiple units in SAME
location, please read

Membership Includes: (differences
between the STANDARD and DELUXE Memberships in (RED).

When a potential renter does
a specific search,
your property will randomly rotate
among the other Deluxe Properties (ABOVE
the Standard Properties)
so that no matter if you are our 1st Deluxe customer or our
500th Deluxe customer , you will get the exact same exposure
as all of our Deluxe Properties.
Post
up to 30 photos of your property.
Your property
will be randomly displayed as a "Featured Property” on the
left
of each screen.
Extra City Pages Just
Added - This lists all the properties by Listing ID order for
each town that has over 50 properties. We know there is
a lot of competition so we are trying to give your properties
as much exposure
as possible.
Enter
lengthy descriptions
and details of your property into our database such as city,
address, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, maximum occupancy, blocks
to the beach, and much more.
Calendar of availability
with rates for each week.
On-line access to view
your rental status with access to automated administration system
which allows you to update your entire listing 24
hours a day.
We
have a very popular
Owners' Specials
section. To give your property even
more exposure, you now have the ability to post
your own specials through the editing options of
your ad and it will be displayed automatically
on a separate, Owners' Specials page. Our
owners have had great success with this in the
past.
Last Minute Specials,
Seasonal Rentals
and
Winter Rentals
still need to be posted by us at Shore Summer
Rentals. All this is included in your low
membership fee.
Aggressive advertisement
of our web-site in several newspapers and
other media markets
increasing exposure of your property to potential renters.
With Owner consent,
we will provide a free ShoreSummerRentals.com
professional sign
to place on your property.
This will include your listing number and phone number in order
for
interested renters to quickly access your property's information
on the
web and increase your property's exposure.
Contact link with your
name, phone number and link to your e-mail for renters to contact
you directly to coordinate arrangements.
Clock counter at the
bottom of your property detail page showing how many times your
property was viewed. You will also have the ability to
reset the counter anytime.
ONE Property in ONE Location
Shore Summer
Rentals.com
listings are designed
to advertise ONE PROPERTY in ONE LOCATION. You may NOT list more
than one property per listing. If this is observed,
you will be warned to remove the additional property
advertisement, photos, etc. If you do not remove
the information, Shore Summer Rentals.com has the
right to
deactivate
your
listing
with no
refund.
Apartment
Complexes or properties with two or more identical
units will need to pay the Hospitality Package price
of $225 per year and will have the same benefits of
the
Deluxe Package.
Please choose the Hospitality Package when making
payment so you are properly charged.
We offer 2 scenarios for you explained
below:
1st scenario - If you are
advertising more than one unit and purchase
the Hospitality package $225 per year, you
will be able to advertise your other units
(same location) within the one listing id
with descriptions, photos, etc. Please note
that you will only have one calendar
and rate section with this option.
2nd
scenario -
You also have
the option to purchase 2 separate listings
(each with their own listing id number for
much more exposure) and have another listing
id number with it's own calendar and rate
section. The price for that would be $180
for the 1st property and $130 each ($50 off
each) for the 2nd thru 9th property.
Both will be Deluxe memberships!
