1) Are there setup fees involved to create my vacation rental property advertisement?
No! We are available to help renters who are not computer savvy create their vacation rental property ads at no additional cost.

2) Are there management or referral fees involved with
Shore Summer Rentals? No! There are no management or referral fees involved with Shore Summer Rentals. Your only fee is the package cost for a one-year listing of your vacation rental property. There are no hidden charges or unexpected terms.

  • Our Standard Membership costs only $130 for 12 months (just $.36 a day)

Membership
1) What does my vacation rental advertising membership include?
All 12-month packages, including the Standard Membership - $130, the Deluxe Membership - $180, Multi-Unit Membership - $250, Bed and Breakfast Membership and Hotel/Motel Memberships - $225, allow you to personally update listing information and photos at your convenience. You may use our online calendar to post your summer vacation rental availability, monitor the activity of your property listing, and benefit from the extensive advertising efforts we make on your behalf. 

2) Who is responsible for writing the rental lease agreement?
All vacation rental property leases must be coordinated by the property owner.  We supply sample leases and welcome letters, a rental procedure checklist, and an inventory checklist form to registered members.  Please contact us if you have any questions about vacation rental property lease agreements.

3) Who determines the price I charge for my vacation rental property You determine the price to charge for your summer vacation rental property.  You may update your pricing structure at any time through your administration page.

4) What other features are included in my paid membership?

1) Do I need to know HTML or how to design my summer vacation rental page? Nope. When you join Shore Summer Rentals.com you will complete a simple online form about your summer vacation rental property. We take care of the rest!

2) How do I go about changing and updating my vacation rental property listing?  Once you have added your vacation rental property to the Shore Summer Rental website, you may change any part of your property listing by logging into a secure administration area where you are given a Web-based form – similar to those used to create the original listing. You may change your information as often as you like. Once you are done, your web page and rental property information will be automatically updated.

3) Who updates my listings? You do! We provide you with a secure Web-based administration tool, which allows you to update the details of your summer vacation rental property such as availability, rates, description, title, amenities, photographs, rental policies, and terms.  We make sure that your vacation rental listing page is immediately updated.

4) How do I add and change photographs to my vacation rental listing? We provide you with an online photograph administration tool that allows you to upload and update several photographs per property listing, depending on your vacation rental property listing package. The photograph administration tool allows you to upload your photographs much in the same way that you might attach them to an email message. This convenience is provided to you at no extra charge.

TAKING YOUR OWN PHOTOS
If you are taking photos on your own and do not have a digital camera you should order a disc along with your paper photos as the photos look much better when uploaded directly from your computer.

Please note that if you have paper photos that you need SSR to scan, there will be a nominal fee and the photos are not as clear as they could be.  Contact us for photo questions.

5) Do you charge to update photos or make changes to my property listings?  No, we do not charge for updates to your listings. As a paid member, you are entitled to log into your account and make changes to your ad or access your leases as you see fit.  We provide you with the necessary online tools to easily update your vacation rental property listings.   

6) May I provide links to other pages external to the Shore Summer Rental website?  In general, the answer is “yes”; however there are rules concerning which links are acceptable and which links are not. We do ask for the link to point to another web page that contains additional information about that property. If you have multiple listings with us, you may link your Cape May vacation rental, for example, to your Wildwood vacation rental page, and vice versa. We reserve the right to remove links to websites that directly compete with Shore Summer Rentals.com

7) Do you offer a rental property availability calendar? Yes, there is an availability calendar in which you simply select the dates your vacation rental property is unavailable. It’s easy to use and is provided at no extra charge.

Cancellation Policy
1) May I cancel my rental listing at any time?
Yes, you may cancel your listing on Shore Summer Rentals.com by either contacting us by phone or e-mail.  All vacation rental listings are backed by our Money Back Guarantee. 

2) Can I delete my advertisement if I am no longer interested in advertising?  Yes, you can delete your ad anytime by logging into your account, click on Edit to the right of your listing title and then look to your left - there will be a "Delete Property" option.
