Shore Summer Rentals
is owned and operated by Chris and Maria Kirk, a
husband and wife team who proudly offer quality
vacation rental properties to the online public.
With the strength of eighteen years of combined
experience in finance, marketing, commercial real
estate, and property management, Chris and Maria
have developed a wealth of knowledge in successfully
pairing property owners with renters who wish to
vacation along the United States
coastal towns.
Chris and Maria are investment property owners
themselves. Their first-hand knowledge of
vacation property rental ownership gives them the
unique advantage to see rentals from both sides of
the fence. From understanding what “quality”
really means to valuing the definition of “good
tenants”, Chris and Maria offer exceptional rental
consulting advice to both renters and property

These invaluable experiences have given both Chris
and Maria the necessary tools with which to run
their business. Chris has the talents required
for smart marketing and corporate savvy, while Maria
possesses unparalleled customer service skills for
smooth and detailed daily operations.
Chris and Maria Kirk live in the South Jersey
area and have two children. Maria was born and
raised in Cherry Hill, NJ. Chris was born and
raised in the northeast section of Philadelphia, PA.
They moved to Egg Harbor Township, NJ in 2005 to be closer to the shore area and their
customer's daily needs.

Maria
and Chris founded SSR in 2004
and have become experts in securing
substantial rental income to
investment property owners by
matching them up with quality
renters. Maria also handles
the day to day operations for the
company. Prior to starting
SSR, Maria had eight years of
commercial real estate, property
management experience with firms
located in center city,
Philadelphia.

Chris
handles the
online advertising needs with fine
detail and precision. Chris also
provides financial insight and
marketing expertise to the company.
He possesses a Bachelor’s degree in
Accounting from Temple University
along with ten years of financial
management experience and is also a
Data Analyst for a health care
company in center city,
Philadelphia.

Due to the increase in
business, Shore
Summer Rentals now
staffs two part-time personal assistants, Raya
and Ethel. They are a great asset to Maria
and ShoreSummerRentals.com.

Raya Stoykova

Raya has a Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration and
Management. She is fluent in
several languages, including
English, French, and Bulgarian.
Raya offers tremendous support to
Maria all year. She is
meticulous and thorough. She works for Maria
from her home in Bulgaria but hopes to join her
husband very soon here in the United States, we
cannot wait to have her back with us.

Ethel Condron

while I went on maternity leave to have my

Ethel worked

for 34 years and was, among many
other positions, Supervisor of
General Accounting. She is
currently the Accounts Payable
Administrator for the Development
Accounting division of a major REIT
in Center City, Philadelphia.
