THANK YOU to all our Renters. We had a great year and believe you all had a great vacation at our condo. We would love to have you back next year. We have listed EXTRA SPECIAL RATES FOR 2011 for those who look ahead of time and SAVE BIG.
Located on Wildwood Avenue - right in the middle of it all. 4 bedroom unit just 2 blocks from beach, boardwalk and all attractions. 1 block to shopping and dining. Wildwood beach is free and awarded as the best beach on the coast for the last 3 years. Enjoy fireworks every friday night. Almost NEW, 2005 Built, 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath room, open living room , dining area and a full kitchen spacious condo with covered deck/porch, laundry room, 2 car garage and a third parking pad. A patio to relax on both front and rear of the unit. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, with a full bath attached. 2nd Bedroom has 2 full beds. 3rd and 4th each has a bunk bed. The unit is forced air heating and is centrally air conditioned and has ceiling fans in all bedrooms and in the living room. The living room has sleeper sofa, love seat, a chair and BIG SCREEN LCD TV with VCR/DVD and has cable connection. Another TV is there in the Master bedroom for your relaxing evening/night. The unit has free internet connection. The kitchen is fully furnished with all cookware, silverware, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven, table top elecctric griddle and everything else you would need. If you choose you can bring your grill and barbeque in friront of the garage. Please clean up the place after use. Pillows and comforters are there for your use. Please bring in your OWN sheets and towels. Please remember to wash the comforters at the end of stay. There is laundry room in the condo for your convinience. Beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards available in the unit's storage for your convienience. Directions :New Jersey Avenue turn east to Wildwood Avenue - condo (front entrance) on left. To get to garage and parking New Jersy avenue turn east to Pine Avenue. (Driveway entrance between 114 and 116 East Pine Avenue)

Cleaning Fee: 150.00
Lodging Tax: 0% Other Fees: A cleaning fee of $150 is charged (from secuirty deposit) if the unit is not in the same condition upon check in. NO HOUSE PARTYING OR LARGE GATHERINGS. IF FOUND HAVING ONE WILL BE EVICTED RIGHT AWAY WITH NO REFUND. Rekeying fee of $50 will be deducted from your deposit for each set of lost keys. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CONDO. IF A TENANT DISOBEY THIS RULE, WILL INCUR SERIOUS PENALTY. Deposits: $400.00 security deposit should be given with signed lease. 50-percent of rent due 60 days before and the other 50-percent due 30 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: If unit is rented for the same period FOR THE SAME RENT, a $150 cancellation fee will be charged and rest will be refunded. If unit is not rented, no refund is given. early cancellations have better chance of refund due to possible re-booking.
