ALSO AS OF JULY 1 WE HAVE AN IN GROUND SWIMMING POOL FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON

Also, the home has a washer/dryer, dishwasher,central air, microwave oven, stove/oven, cookware, gas BBQ, and utensils, and refrigerator .

This home is located only minutes away from historic Cape May and Wildwood.

This home has a lot of windows to allow you to take advantage of the magnificent views of the Deleware Bay and Beach.

The premises are to be occupied by no more than 10-12 people. Can sleep more with prior arrangements

Tenants are responsible for supplying towels,linens and blankets. Pillows are provided.

We are pet friendly and will need to know what kind of pet and extra for the security deposiit.


 
Deposits:

There will be a $500 security deposit, which will be returned 30 days after the rental is complete less any damages. The acceptable forms of payment are the following: money order, personal check, or cash. This is in addition to the rental fee. 50-percent of the rent is due 120 days before your rental start date. The remaining 50-percent will be due 30 days before your rental start date.


Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. 7 night minimum.
Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am.

If all guest have not left premisses at 10AM there will be an extra day charge.

The premises are to be occupied by no more than 10 people.

Tenants are responsible for supplying towels,linens and blankets. Pillows are provided.

We are pet friendly and will need to know what kind of pet you are brings. There will be a little extra security deposit required.
