Enjoy early morning walks and or read your book on the beach.  In the afternoon visit the Robert J Novis Planetarium, Island Beach State Park or see the Lakewood BlueClaws play a ball game!  All events are within a 15 minute drive.  Enjoy free fireworks on Wednesday nights. Movies are shown on the beach Tueday and Saturday nights which are free in addition to weekly concerts at no charge. Arts and crafts are available to children on the boardwalk at no charge. There are many attractions to do in Seaside that are free to families and make it a great affordable vacation town.

Security Deposit $500.00 - Please be advised that the landlord does not intentionally keep to seek the Security Deposit of the tenant. The landlord will extend the opportunity and referrals to the tenant for assistance in cleaning and trash removal services in order to maintain the integrity of the home before being occupied by the next tenant. The intent of the landlord is to closely work with the tenant to insure a full refund of the Security Deposit. Deposits: 50-percent deposit due at contract signing. The remaining balance + security deposit is due 30 days Prior to rental date . The security deposit will be refunded via check (less any damages or excessive trash removal fees) after the home has been inspected. Reservations are not guaranteed without deposit and signed contract.


Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellations may be made up to 30 days in advanace and refunds will be given only if the house is rented for the cancellation period. If the home is not re-rented for the cancelltion period, all deposit monies (with the exception of the security deposit) will be the property of the Landlord. The security deposit will be refunded in full in the event of a cancellation.
