This wonderful townhouse is a VERY SPACIOUS modern 2,300 sq. foot property that boasts a spacious 3 story, 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath layout (11 Beds!!). One of the largest rental homes in the heart of Wildwood! Every guest RAVES about the incredible location of this house in Wildwood.

The first floor consists of a large master bedroom with a huge full bath that is handicap accessible. Guests are also treated to a 32' TV, and a front entry hallway.

Upstairs, the second level Great Room features a widescreen Plasma HDTV along with a fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, high-speed internet, iPod-ready stereo, DVD player, and stylish beach vacation decor. Joining the Great Room on the second floor is a large deck, complete with outdoor furniture and a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and morning sunrise. A large dining room, a well equipped gourmet kitchen, and half bath are also found on the second floor. The kitchen and living area are on a different floor from all of the bedrooms, giving you the opportunity to either sleep comfortably, or entertain without becoming a distraction. The dining area seats up to 8 people, with a breakfast bar that seats 4 more.

The third floor features a master bedroom suite with a full bath, and a balcony providing a wonderful ocean view and seating. The suite also contains a 32' TV and large closet. Also on the third floor are two additional bedrooms and a full bath. Both bedrooms contain two twin over twin bunks to accommodate larger groups. They also provide closets, TV, and ceiling fans. The top floor also has a laundry room containing a full size washer and dryer and basic laundry supplies.

You will have access to a private garage along with off street parking for 3 cars and plenty of storage. Park and never have to move your car again! The beach, boards, and attractions are literally just steps from your luxury townhouse. Morey's amusements are less than 2 blocks away for the kids.

Availability to rent multiple houses at the same location for family reunions, sports teams, large groups etc. (Sleep up to 46!)
