Deposits:

A deposit equal to one-half of the full rental amount is due within ten (10) days of making a reservation. In all cases, a fully executed lease agreement is required to guarantee your reservation. The balance (remaining half of the full rental amount together with a $300.00 security deposit) is due six (6) weeks prior to check-in.


Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Cancellation requests will be honored if the owner is able to re-rent the property for the reserved dates for the same rental amount. If the property cannot be re-rented as stated above, the tenant's deposit may not be returned, subject to the discretion of the owner. All cancellation requests must be made in writing using certified mail.
