Half of lease amount due at signing. Second half of lease amount and security deposit due 30 days prior to check-in. Security deposit will be returned within 30 days after check-out if rental property is undamaged.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be in writing. In the event of a cancellation by the tenant all money paid will be refunded within 30 days after the property is re-rented at NO LOSS to the owner. A cancellation fee will apply equal to 10-percent of the amount refunded to the tenant up to a maximum of $150. In the event property is not re-rented, all money paid by tenant will be forfeited.
