This is the perfect retreat for the family wanting to walk to the beach and boardwalk. No worries about parking. This beach house is next to the beach and boardwalk. The post office is right next door. You also have the Varisty Diner and across the street is the best ice cream in ocean city. Make a right out of this house and you have the Music pier and the famous Mac and Manco's. The supermarket is only 3 blocks away and the shopping district is right around the corner. There is also a playground right next to the supermarket. Ocean City is the #1 spot for family's at the shore because of its spectacular boardwalk and beach. You can walk to hundreds of places to eat, play games, or go on the rides. You can also ride your bikes on the boardwalk in the morning. keep in mind no cable or internet.

If you are a high school senior or NOT a family. Otherwise know as a group rental. The rental fee is $300.00 per person for the week plus a $100.00 security deposit per person. Any other person staying ANY night during that week will pay a fee of $300.00. Even if they stay over just 1 night. Plus the $100.00 security. Failure to report extra persons after intial rental fee is paid will result in a weekly rental charge of $2,400.00 plus $600.00 for the security deposit.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Deposits: A deposit equal to one-third of the full rental amount is due within ten (10) days of making a reservation. Note: A fully executed lease agreement is required to guarantee a reservation.
The balance (remaining two-thirds of the full rental amount together with a $300.00 security deposit) is due on or before thirty (30) days prior to check-in.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellation requests will be honored only IF THE OWNER IS ABLE TO RE-RENT THE PROPERTY FOR THE RESERVED DATES for the same rental amount. If the property cannot be re-rented as stated above, the tenant's deposit may not be returned, subject to the discretion of the owner. All cancellation requests must be made in writing using certified mail.
This is NOT a hotel. Make sure you bring your own linens, pillows, toilet paper, towels, and everything else, needed for the week.
