Three of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open onto a private deck - great for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine!!!! The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
The living space includes an open kitchen and dining area. There is a family room on each floor and the first level also includes a wet bar area.
There are 4 decks for your outdoor enjoyment plus a roof top deck that boasts panoramic bay views as well as some ocean views.
The house is centrally located – 2 blocks to the bay and only 2 ½ blocks to the ocean. A Lifeguard post is located at the beach access for our street.
It is a short walk to restaurants, Bay Village and Fantasy Island Amusement Park.

$750 security deposit due upon signing the lease. The amount is fully refundable within two weeks of check out subject to any damage or excessive cleaning needed.
Deposits:
One half of the weekly rental (and the $750 security deposit) is due upon signing of the lease. The balance of the weekly rental is due within 15 days of your arrival.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be in writing or via e-mail. The lease agreement shall be terminated only after another tenant is secured for the full rental period or if permission from the owner is otherwise granted.
If the property is re-rented, we will refund your security deposit and any monies received less a twelve percent (12%) real estate service charge.
If the property is not re-rented, we will refund your security deposit and you will lose any monies paid through the cancellation date.
