This beach house duplex has two units with three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Each floor sleeps eight.
Large, sun-drenched living room with queen sized sleeper sofa, loveseat and oversized chair,picture windows on three sides with ocean views, 32' cable TV,VCR & DVD. Large, private deck facing the ocean for dining, sunbathing, and sunrises. Includes two chaises, outdoor dining table, eight chairs, and propane grill.
There is an outside shower and parking for three cars for each unit. There is beach access via a dune walkover.
This beach house has stunning ocean views from every room on the second floor and panoramic views from the deck, sun-drenched kitchen, with seating for eight & sunny living room with plenty of picture windows. The first floor has ocean views from the bedrooms, kitchen and spacious living room though not as panoramic as the 2nd floor. The first floor is perfect for young children, the deck is completely fenced in, 5 footsteps to the beach, deck is partially protected from the sun by the second floor deck and there are less stairs to climb.
The beach house is located approx one mile from the southern tip of the island and 1.5 miles to Beach Haven

Amenities: Phone, central air conditioning, heat, 32'& 27' cable TV, VCR,DVD,CD Player, full kitchen including: microwave, dishwasher, smoothie maker,ice machine, propane grill, new LR(microfiber), bedroom & kitchen furniture(seating for eight), ceiling fans, washer and dryer. No pets and no smoking. Each unit has queen-size master bedroom with 1/2 bath, king master bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds, new queen sleeper sofa in LR.
