Our home has so many upgrades and comforts, you will thoroughly enjoy your vacation relaxing in our home. We've tastefully renovated it inside and out. Our Kitchen has new Mission Style cabinets, absolutely gorgeous granite countertops, and all new Stainless Steel Kitchen Aide Appliances; Gas Stove, over the range Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator. Your family can dine at our kitchen table or separate dining area set up with a Mission Style Oak Pub Table with four Pub Chairs. Our Living Room has a 60" Samsung Flat Screen LED TV, DVD player, and Bose Stereo/CD player to watch and listen to while you enjoy laying in our very comfy L shaped sofa. The Living Room opens up to a awesome enclosed Porch with ocean views, two more comfy sofas, and a 32" Flat Screen TV. Also on the first floor, we have a comfortable Bedroom with a Memory Foam Queen, and a Full Bath. This is a great set up for families that bring parents to help with the kids, or two couples with kids. They can have a private bedroom on the first floor while the other couple can have their own private bedroom on the second floor too! Our second floor has the Master Bedroom with amazing Ocean Views, a Memory Foam Queen and another 32" Flat Screen TV. The Master Bedroom opens up to a deck with even better Ocean Views! Our deck has two teak chaise lounges, a teak pub table, and 4 teak pub chairs ready for afternoon or evening dining. Also on the second floor we have two more Bedrooms each with a Memory Foam Full Bed and aTwin Bed, and a large Full Bath.
The private fenced in yard is set up perfectly for those outdoor dining experiences and when the kids come off the beach they can still play outside. We have a large patio table with comfortable chairs and an umbrella, and a stainless steel gas grill. There are a couple popular restaurants within walking distance, Pinzaminio's, Kubels (Happy Hour 4-9 everday!) and Pinky's Shrimp - delicious Seafood and great for take out when no one wants to cook! The Island is also loaded with great restaurants, eat in or take out, Fantasy Island Amusement Park, tons of shopping, miniature golf, beautiful beaches, boating, and nearby golf courses.
Our home is perfect for families (29 and up) with young children that will take care of it like it is theirs. My husband and I take great pride in our home and keep it meticulously clean for our guests so you can enjoy a STRESS FREE vacation. It also accomodates a family bringing their parents to help the kids! Having a private first floor bedroom makes it perfect for bringing the Grandparents or even two couples with children.
It is not available for parties, teenagers, graduations, and large gatherings.
Don't pack too much in your car! Bring the kids, your clothes and food! We supply all the linens; Comforters, blankets, pillows, sheets; bath, beach, and kitchen towels, all paper products; paper towels, paper plates, plastic wear, toilet paper, etc., Our kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, wine glasses, silverware, pots, pans, coffeemaker, spices, etc.; we even have "to go" cups for coffee if you enjoy having your morning coffee at the beach! We also supply 5 beach bagdes, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, and beach toys for the little ones, so you're all set to go to the beach!
We also have internet access, just bring your laptop!
When you stay as a guest in our beach house, we want you to sit back and make yourselves at home!

- Come relax and enjoy the beach! Our home is fully stocked with all that you need to make your vacation relaxing and fun. Included are bed linens, beach, kitchen, and bath towels (we have a washer and dryer, we supply the detergent and just ask that you leave the linens washed and folded) Our kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, silverware, spices, etc; paper products; plates, cups, plastic ware, paper towels, and toilet paper, beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, beach badges, an umbrella, and much, much, more.

Linens are included. We ask that they are washed, dryed, and left folded. We have a washer and dryer and supply the laundry detergent for your convenience. If our guest runs out of time and have to leave the laundry, there will be a laundry charge of $100. deducted from the security deposit.
Deposits:
A $300. security deposit will be required. The security deposit will be returned in full the Monday following your stay as long as there are no damages and our home is left clean and in as found condition.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
To reserve a week, a 50% deposit is required. Balance and security deposit are due in full 45 days prior to check in. Written cancellation must be received within 45 days of check in date. A full refund will be given if our home can be rented for the week that has been cancelled. If we are not able to rent it, the monies will be forfited.
