For (1) NEW property owner referral who pays for a yearly membership, the REFERRING OWNER will receive $30 off your next yearly Deluxe membership renewal; or $15 off your next yearly Standard membership renewal.

For (2) NEW property owner referrals who pay for a yearly membership, the REFERRING OWNER will receive $60 off your next yearly Deluxe membership renewal; or $30 off your next yearly Standard membership.

For (3) NEW property owner referrals who pay for a yearly membership, the REFERRING OWNER will receive a FREE "Standard" yearly membership for your next renewal

An "APPROVED REFERRAL" must meet the following criteria:

1. The referring rental property owner must be a current customer of VacationRentals2U or Shore Summer Rentals and up to date on their membership fees.

2. The referral must complete registration with VacationRentals2U or Shore Summer Rentals, which includes paying for an annual listing and e-mail me your name and listing id number.

3. Before renewing your membership, please e-mail me for a discount code to use during renewal.

If all requirements from above are met, the referring rental property owner will be eligible for the above credits to their next membership period.
